Attorney Referral Service

Branch 40 provides this link to the Cleveland Bar Association Lawyer Referral Service as an informational courtesy to our members. Neither Branch 40 nor the NALC recommends the use of any attorney. Neither Branch 40 nor the NALC will pay for consultation fees, retainer fees, or hourly charges of a lawyer hired by an individual member.

For legal issues such as EEO or OWCP,  Branch 40 recommends that members first consult with the Steward at their Station or Post Office.

NALC has highly trained individuals who specialize in handling EEO and OWCP.

If their Steward is unable to advise them or give them the name and number of someone who can, they should always call the Branch Office at (216) 642-1040, prior to hiring attorney at their own expense.
